I used to really like using udisc for quick rounds, but lately the free plan feels so limited it’s frustrating. I’m just trying to track my score and look back at old rounds, not do anything crazy, but the app keeps nudging me toward paying like I’m begging for basic features. It still works fine, I guess, but it doesn’t feel very useful anymore unless you upgrade, and that leaves a bad taste

I tried using the GPS during my round, but it kept showing me on the wrong fairway and the yardages were all over the place. When I actually needed accurate distances, it just wasn’t reliable, so I ended up not trusting it at all.

i mean, trying to search for nearby courses is way more frustrating than it should be. The filters feel kind of all over the place, and a lot of the results that show up don’t really seem to match what I’m looking for.

My rounds keep syncing wrong between my phone and the web version, and it’s frustrating. I expected it to just work, but instead I’m the one stuck double-checking everything and trying to figure out what didn’t transfer.

I used the live scoring and it worked good for me. The scores were easy to follow, even while updating live, so that was nice

I really wanted to like UDisc, but the distance measurements have been all over the place for me. I’ll throw on a hole I know is around 300 ft and it’ll show something totally different, sometimes off by 40-60 ft, which is ridiculous.
I tried it on a few different courses, even when my signal seemed fine, and kept running into the same problem. Maybe it works better for other people, but I just can’t trust the measuring feature, and that makes the stats feel kind of pointless.

I went out expecting the course info to be accurate, but the tees and maps were totally wrong. I ended up wandering around confused and basically lost my whole afternoon because of it. Frustrating when you’re just trying to enjoy a round and the information you’re given sets you up to have a bad time

The social side of the app is rough. Adding friends feels way more clunky than it should, invites don’t always come through, and it’s really easy to miss comments or round updates. I just wanted to keep up with my disc golf buddies, but it starts getting annoying fast.

I used to like UDisc, but lately it feels like the app leans way too much on users to add course info, layouts, and updates. When that community info is outdated or just wrong, it gets really frustrating fast!! Meanwhile, the app still pushes the paid features hard, which makes it even harder to justify. it’s just not worth it for me anymore.

It found most of the local courses around me , but it did miss a couple of the smaller ones ...

I really like using udisc to keep score during rounds, but wow, it drains my phone fast. I can start with a full battery and by the back 9 I’m already getting nervous about my phone dying, which is not exactly ideal when I still need directions or want to take a picture or two. I get that GPS uses battery, obviously, but this feels way heavier than other apps I use.
I’ve basically stopped using it during rounds unless I bring a power bank, which feels kind of silly when the whole point is to be out walking around for a few hours without extra stuff. It’s a great app otherwise, but the battery drain really needs some work

I’ve been using UDisc for years, so I’m confused about what’s going on lately. My round history is suddenly all over the place, some scores are missing, the dates look wrong, and a few rounds seem to have just disappeared. That was basically the main reason I paid for the app in the first place. I reached out to support, but I didn’t really get much help, so I’m just left trying to figure out what happened. Frustrating.

I tried using it for a round, but keeping score was more annoying than it should’ve been. It took too many taps, I kept losing track of where I was, and it felt like the app made its clunky design my problem to deal with. Instead of helping, it just made the game more frustrating.

I’m not trying to be overly harsh, but support really didn’t help me at all. I reached out expecting some kind of guidance, and I just felt like I was going in circles. Maybe others had a better experience, but for me, it was frustrating.

I used UDisc on a course where my phone had basically no signal, and it still worked way better than I expected??
I had downloaded the course ahead of time, so the map and scorekeeping were still ready to go when my phone went offline. Once I got service again, it took a little bit to sync, but nothing disappeared or got messed up.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that the offline setup could be easier to find. If that was a little more obvious, this would be perfect for sketchy-signal rounds

I’ve been trying to use the app like usual, but lately it keeps crashing on me after a short time. Based on that experience, it’s been hard to get anything done, so it feels unstable right now

i mean, I wanted to like UDisc, but the course navigation was frustrating. The map kept spinning around in weird ways, and half the time I couldn’t figure out where the next tee was supposed to be. A few holes even looked like they were marked in the wrong spots. I ended up wandering around confused more than actually playing. Maybe it works better on other courses, but for me it was just a mess and not very helpful

I tried using the app to track my progress, but the stats kept missing rounds and the averages didn’t really add up. I’m sure that’s somehow okay, but it kind of defeats the whole point of using it to see how I’m doing.

I tried using UDisc on my older Android phone, and it’s just been kind of a mess. The maps take forever to load, some of the buttons don’t seem to register when I tap them, and every now and then it freezes right when I’m trying to keep score...

Maybe it runs totally fine on newer phones, I don’t know. But for me, it’s hard to enjoy a round when I’m also fighting with the app the whole time, so it’s basically not worth using right now..

We used this for our weekly league this season, and it made things a lot smoother. Keeping track of scores and cards was simple, and the players could find the schedule without any hassle. There were a couple little setup things that took me a minute to figure out, but once we got going, it worked really well.
